I am the Founder of W.I.N Staffing Services, I first entered the Health Care Industry in 2011.  I have provided exceptional care in Long-term Care/Rehabilitation, Assisted Livings, Medical Surgical units, Pediatrics, Homecare settings and countless Healthcare Staffing Agencies. I started as a Certified Nurse Assistant and now as a Nurse. My experiences were both saddening and rewarding.  After years of service on the floor here I am today striving to make a difference in the Health care field  both on and off of the floor.  My duty as a New Nurseprenuer is to work with the most qualified and capable healthcare professionals in the field to ensure that facilities are able to meet their required ratios and provide above standard care.
